Design Notes

In order to identify this composite part and its surface performance function, we fused His-tag on the C-terminal of CenA so that we can test it by using immunofluorescence staining.


Source

AGA2 was extracted by yeast RNA and was attained its cDNA by RT-PCR. The CenA was attained from CAU_China part BBa_K3279008 by PCR.
